The smooth tones of the traditional wooden Irish Flute fuse effortlessly with the purity of the Celtic harp to provide blissful Celtic Baroque, Irish traditional, liturgical and light classical and easy listening music for your wedding/civil ceremony.

The energising, uplifting melodies we perform add vitality to your drinks reception plus we can add that extra sparkle by playing special music for the entrance of the Happy Couple at dinner.

We provide music for everyone, whoever you are, and however you wish to celebrate your love for one another.

We can also dress in a number of styles to match your wedding day mood including ‘Classically Elegant’, ‘Lavish Regency’, ‘Beloved Nostalgia’ and we are happy to listen to what you would like.

Q: What sort of music do you play?

We play a selection of elegant Celtic Baroque, Irish traditional, liturgical and light classical and easy listening music.

 

Q: Can you send me a list of what you play for weddings?

A: Rather than simply send you a list, we offer a much more personalised service. If you are interested in commissioning Celtic Grace to play flute and harp music at your wedding / civil ceremony and / or drinks reception, we listen carefully while you tell us the type of music that would make your special day magical! When we understand you needs, we select a list of melodies from our repertoire that will match you needs perfectly. We then email that personalised, bespoke list to you.

 

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Different pricing options apply depending on where, and for how long, you would like us to play.

We offer music…

Before the Ceremony:

-      Begin playing as the first guests arrive and until 10 mins before the start of the ceremony.

 During the Ceremony:

-      Play processional music,

-      Play during signing of the register

-      Recessional music as bride and groom leave at end of the ceremony.

-      Continue to play as guests exit the ceremony venue.

 At the Drinks Reception after the Ceremony:

-      Begin playing as the first guests arrive and continue for 90 minutes.

At the Reception:

-      Play a single favourite piece as the Happy Couple are announced and enter the dining room for dinner.

 Get in touch and let us know:

-      dates, time and name and address of wedding ceremony and / reception venue(s)

-      whether your ceremony will be indoors or outdoors;

-      approximately how many guests will be attending.

-      and any other requirements and we will come back to you directly and promptly to discuss.

 

Q: What paperwork is involved?

A: Before your wedding / civil ceremony date, Celtic Grace will email you a form that you complete to confirm the details of your wedding / civil ceremony and your music choices. Once we determine your needs and our fees, we then email you an Agreement, which you fill out and email back to us. Your pay your 50% deposit direct into our business bank account. This reserves your wedding date. 

We then speak on the phone, Zoom, Skype or Whats App  (two weeks before your wedding / civil ceremony) and go through any final refinements / practical arrangements.

Full and final payment of our fees is due 28 days before your wedding / civil ceremony.

 

Q: Can I hear samples of what you play?

A: On our web site, you can find several video samples of us playing a wide variety of different melodies (including wedding music) on our Celtic flute and harp.

In addition, you may be aware that we have played for a number of major corporate clients (See ‘Corporate’ client testimonials) who hosted flagship events at iconic venues. This includes Titanic Suite, Titanic and Belfast’s Waterfront Hall to live audiences of 1,000+ whilst at the same time been broadcast live to 1,000+ more in 22 countries across the globe.

Q: How long does setup take?

A: We will be there to set up 1 hour before your event is due to start.

Q: What are your space and power requirements?

A: We require space for 2 musicians, two chairs and, although we have professional battery powered amplification it would be ideal, to have access to a double power socket. Most churches, hotels and ceremony venues have adequate power source and space for a flute and harp to play.

If we are playing outdoors, we need full protection from the elements, whether sun or rain.

Q: Do you take requests?

A: We will consider all requests when we agree your wedding music.
